Really enjoyed our stay at the Luna Palace. They have great food and Happy hour every day at 3PM. Most of all we enjoyed the activity that are provided by Ricardo. He is awesome and fun to be around. Took us boogie boarding, Kayaking and beach volleyball. He leads fun activities that include the entire pool area and you get to meet other guests and have fun. We played darts, corn hole and Loteria. Had such a good time with the activities Ricardo encourages people to join and plays great music for everyone to enjoy. I won a cool cap at one of the activities and proudly wore it each day! We will be coming back soon! I can't say enough about how wonderful and kind Ricardo was with us, he made our stay so much better. Management Please give some him some recognition the guys makes this Hotel shine! Thank you Ricardo!
The people were very friendly and the food was amazing. The view was great nice ocean view. The rooms were nice and clean. Ricardo was so friendly and played beach volleyball with us and encourages other to play as well and played great music for everyone to enjoy and jam to. We had such a great time. Thank you Ricardo and all the other staff!

We spent a day with a pool day pass, waiter was great Jesus Raul, but they were definitely understaffed, JR was rushing trying to help us all in the pool area, really appreciated his great attitude and apologetic attitude.
We arrived 3 days ago, and we've had the best customer service. We're definitely staying 4 more days. All the staff is very accommodating, especially Angelica, Concierge; and Moises, Supervisor; Brandon, at the front desk, Paul, Jose Raul, and each and e everyone that we have been in contact with has been nothing but courteous and helpful on any of our needs. I strongly recommend staying in this Hotel Luna. We love it here!

Had a great holiday. Rooms were great, staff were great. Manager Carlos made us feel welcome daily, bartenders and maids were service was great. Front desk personnel were very accommodating, even when we requested a room change to a higher floor.
